Overflow components are made of F2, F3, F46, PFA, etc. The structure of pump is connected directly.

Application:
To transfer hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and mixture of organic & inorganic acid.
Feathers:
1.The pump is not heavy, and suitable for small chemical equipment.
2.Improvement on Pump's Structure and Technology
3. With our own technology of advanced hydraulic model, the pump's performance is increased (comparing others' hydraulic model, our pump's performance increases 2% to 3%.).
4. Isolated Sleeve is made of CF/PEEK (a special process carbon fiber filament reinforced polyether ether ketone isolation sleeve). After pressure test, the pressure resistance exceeds to 3Mpa, which is two times higher than that made of carbon fiber PEEK.
5. Pump's overflow components are made of carbon fiber reinforced plastics. Comparing to single resin, components' intensity, temperature and deformation resistance are improved.
6. Adopted advanced hydraulic model and plastic craft, the efficiency of magnetic drive pump is improved 5 -12 %. This could reduce energy costs.
