1.With our own technology of hydraulic model, pump's performance improves 3 % to 8 %, comparing to regular hydraulic model. This technology reaches an advanced world level.
2.The components for sliding bearing have a structure of double supporting and double-cover plate. Comparing to single-cover plate, this structure reduces the degree of pump body's deformation and make pump's operation safer and more reliable.
3.Sliding bearing, shaft sleeve, thrust bearing are pump's wearing parts. While being made of tungsten carbide, pump can operate stably for a long time. there is no need to replace these components. Only few manufacturers will apply these settings.
4.Isolation sets are made of Hastelloy which has low magnetic permeability. With Hastelloy stretch forming, isolation sets have better corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and deformation resistancethan those of welding.
